Cajun Club San Antonio Our site keeps people up-to-date on the activities of the San Antonio, Texas Chapter of the Cajun French Music Association of Louisiana. In order to accomplish our purpose of promoting Cajun French music and culture in the San Antonio area, we sponsor a Cajun dance each month that includes serving Cajun food, cooked by our members, and free Cajun dance lessons. We also sponsor a Cajun festival, as well as a gumbo cookoff and participate in community activities, such as the Texas Folklife Festival, in June, and Fiesta, in April.
